Financial Assistance Options
Westcliff University offers payment plans, scholarships, veteran’s benefits and referrals to institutions assisting with loans to help finance the students education. Students have the option to pay in full but for those who cannot pay the entire amount, there are still various plans available that allow the student to graduate without any debt.
Full Program Payment Option (1 Payment prior to program start)
Students may elect to make a full payment for the entire program. Payment is due one week prior to the start of the program. By avoiding college student loans, students can ideally graduate with zero debt.
Full Term Payment Plan (1 Payment prior to term start)
Students may pay the term tuition in full, along with applicable fees, one week prior to the beginning of a Term. Tuition is assessed in accordance with the student’s enrollment agreement. By avoiding college student loans, students can ideally graduate with zero debt.
Deferred Payment Plan (3 Payments throughout the term)
Students may defer tuition payments for each term by spreading the payments over three months. The contract for the Deferred Payment Plan is an option when signing the enrollment agreement. By avoiding college student loans, students can ideally graduate with zero debt.
The deferred payment schedule is as follows:
- 1st payment is due at registration: 1/3 of total tuition amount due plus registration, and processing fees.
- 2nd payment is due one month after the 1st day of class: 1/3 of original amount.
- 3rd payment is due two months after 1st day of class.
Students may use Personal or Business Checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or ATM Debit Cards.
Monthly Payment Plan
Students may choose to make monthly payments towards their total tuition. An initial payment of $200.00 dollars must be made one week prior to beginning of class. Payments will be due the same date of each month. Upon completion of their program, there may be a remaining balance. This can be paid as a lump sum or by continuing to make monthly payments. There are no interest charges added to the unpaid balance, however late fees may apply.
Schools Federal Credit Union Student Loans
For those students who are interested in applying for an unsecured personal tuition loan, Schools Federal Credit Union is working with the university to assist eligible students with their tuition costs. Information and forms may be obtained at the Schools Federal Credit Union website – www.schoolsfcu.org.
Students who apply for personal loans to pay for their educational program will have the responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund.
Tuition Financing Company (TFC)
Westcliff University is partnered with Tuition Financing Company (TFC), which offers flexible and reliable student financing solutions that will match student and school demands, Tuition is paid in installments. The Portfolio of Services at Tuition Financing Company, TFC can be contacted via www.tfccredit.com.
For students which employers offer tuition reimbursement a flexible payment option is offered to assist them in starting class. The student must pay $200 for the first course 1 week prior to the start of class. The remaining balance will be due the last day of class. We will require the students Credit or Debit Card on file and the student will be automatically charged the remainder of the tuition balance on the last day of class. For subsequent classes the initial payment will be due by the end of week 2 of class. The remaining balance will always be due the last day of class. Please keep in mind that if the students are not current on their payments, they may be dropped from the course.
