Nima Salami got his bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, the United States, and currently working on his doctorate degree in business administration in Westcliff University, Irvine, The United States. Also, he did part of his studies as study abroad in Jonkoping International Business School (Sweden), Maastricht University (The Netherlands), and Malmo University (Sweden).

His research papers have been mostly focusing on Marketing and specifically Consumer Behavior. Areas such as food industries and product labeling have been the matter of his publications. Additionally his works on Organizational Behavior disciplines, in areas such as, leadership, authenticity, sexual harassment, and creativity have been presented and/or published in different conferences and journals. Also he has been an award winner professor, publisher, and researcher in business administration, marketing, and art (music).

At the same time, he has the responsibility of being the CEO of their family business, which has been active in international business and investments in commercial and residential constructions. Moreover, he has experiences to be a conductor, music maker, and art teacher. His guitar orchestra performed for almost eight years in a row, and their last performance, conducted by him, was on 2008.Still when he is not glued to his desk, he grabs his Spanish handmade guitar, exploring old forgotten gipsy rhythms, and Flamenco songs, and loves to jam with his friends, colleagues, and other musicians always.
