Dr. Caitlin Trauterman holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree.
Prof. Caitlin Trauterman has conducted postgraduate research in training and development and its impact on retention with buy-in from leadership and has created and developed employee handbooks for non-profit organizations and built training and development programs within small organizations.
Profe. Caitlin Trauterman has served as an adjunct faculty member. She has taught classes in Recruitment, Business Communications, Compensation, Training and Development, Business, Management & Leadership, and capstone courses in business and human resources management. Professor Trauterman has developed a human resource management curriculum at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
