Dr. Dan holds a Doctorate with a trifurcate focus on Organizational Leadership, Education Leadership and Human Resource Development, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor Degree in Justice and an Associate of Arts Degree in Language. She is also a United States Supreme Court Mediator and Corporate Mediator. She is also Certified in Quality Matters (QM) in Online Education. 

Dr. Dan served within the areas of BPO-Call Center, Business, Leadership, Mediation, International Affairs, Diplomacy and Education at both the Corporate and Academic levels including Profit & Non-Profit institutions. Her roles included President, Vice President of Operations, Education & Regional Development and Dean of Academic Affairs. She led global online education and corporate training for some 52 countries which challenged her cultural and diversity skills at zenith levels. She is an author of training manuals in over 50 areas such as business communications, teamwork, team management, mediation, management and leadership, decision making, etc. She is also the author of published books in inspiration writings. 

Dr. Dan gives back to the community as President of The Joy-at-Work Center in 25 countries where she serves some 7,500 leaders in the sectors of Business, Education, Government, Church & NGOs.

On a personal level, Dr. Dan enjoys walking, music, reading, writing, water aerobics, and simply … being a friend just listening and sharing transparently.  She has a heart for the elderly, the blind and deaf communities and enjoys supporting brilliant, but disadvantaged kids, so that they, in turn, can improve their family’s standard of living.
