Dani Babb has been teaching Business, Statistics and Information Technology since 1997, and continues to be challenged by the rapid change in education and technology. Her PhD is in IT and Leadership from Capella University (2004), and she earned her MBA with an IT Emphasis from University of Redlands. Dani regularly publishes in academic journals and is currently focusing her work on pay and job satisfaction in the online education industry. She is the author of ten books, including her most recent published in 2015 on teaching online. She is a television commentator, speaker and presenter and runs a small business out of California and NYC. Prior to her current work, she was an IT Director and VP of IT for companies in California. She lives in California with her daughter, and enjoys raising koi fish, traveling just about anywhere, race car driving, running and avoiding bees at all costs!
