Dr. Jackson holds an Educational Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in education, in Educational Administration, a Bachelors of science in applied Management and an associate of science in applied Management.

Dr. Jackson has conducted no post graduate research and instead has focused his time, energy and efforts into teaching and performing his duties as adjunct faculty in favor of excellent communication habits with his students. Dr. Jackson focuses more on the art of teaching to afford his students the absolute best academic opportunities possible. 

Professor Jackson has served as an adjunct faculty member, doctoral faculty advisor, dissertation committee member, dissertation committee quantitative methodologist, and dissertation committee chair person. Professor Jackson has taught undergraduate classes in Personal Leadership and Academic success, Applying Leadership Principles, Leading Teams in Organizations, Leading through Conflict Resolution, Organizational Leadership Capstone, and Organizational Leadership Practicum. Professor Jackson has taught graduate level courses in Contemporary Business Writing and Communication, Examination in Modern Leadership, Critical Evaluation of Research and Theory and Organizational Leadership Capstone. Professor Jackson has taught doctoral level classes in Quantitative Research Methods.
