Dr. Clay holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management degree, a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Management degree, and a Bachelor of Administration in Management degree.

Dr. Clay’s background includes over 20 years of experience in the management, entrepreneurship, accounting, and finance.  She has over ten years’ experience in online and face-to-face instructions.  Dr. Clay has conducted postgraduate research during the 2020 pandemic in Completing the Stress Cycle

Dr. Clay has served as an adjunct faculty member, Associate Professor, and Program Mentor. Dr. Clay has taught classes in Accounting, Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Finance, and Culture and Diversity.   Dr. Clay has also developed curriculum in Business and Management at a bachelor’s degree level.  She also has extensive experience teaching Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to business-level professionals for certification.
