Professor Sheridan received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

As a full-time and adjunct professor, Sheridan has successfully facilitated Critical Thinking, Communications, English, and Business courses at the graduate and undergraduate level achieving curriculum objectives and student educational outcomes in more than 650 University courses. 

As Academic Manager, Sheridan was responsible for the management and coordination of academic functions at the University of Phoenix – Gardena, CA learning center. Activities included maintaining and monitoring faculty classroom performance, scheduling, and resolving academic issues for a 1300-student center. Duties included assisting in faculty recruitment, training, remediation, and curriculum implementation at the learning center. Under his learning center leadership, the Gardena Learning Center enrollment increased each year. 

Sheridan’s past work experience includes starting and operating a fresh juice and frozen yogurt bar in Dana Point called Juice it Up! As a California real estate broker, he marketed and managed ‘3rd Party’ corporate listings for Ellis Realty in Orange County, CA, resulting in annual gross revenues of $30MM. 

Sheridan was the project manager for the Hunt Club residential subdivision located in San Juan Capistrano, CA where he coordinated project operations including the marketing and sales for the 220-acre master-planned community with sales of $35MM.
