Dr. Woodley holds a Doctor of Education in Education Administration, a Master of Science in Education Psychology and Instructional Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Language. Professor Woodley has conducted postgraduate research in Novice Charter School principals and published her dissertation titled, Principal Socialization: A Single Case Study of Novice Charter School Principals in Los Angeles. Dr. Woodley has been secondary educator for twelve years.
