Dr. Ceaser holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

With over a decade of leadership experience in higher education administration, Dr. Ceaser-Small has established herself as a practitioner of education in the areas of advancing enrollment management and building corporate relations within the higher education sector. She believes that through servant leadership her purpose is to invest in developing the next generation by engaging their interest and guiding them towards developing their passions in order to reach their full professional potential.

Dr. Ceaser has served as an adjunct faculty member and has taught classes in Business, Finance, Management & Leadership, and capstone courses in business and marketing. Dr. Ceaser has also served as a Program Coordinator for Marketing programs. In addition to her teaching roles and responsibilities, she served on several college committees as well as represented the college as a Faculty Association Officer.
