Dr. Rodolfo Santamaria holds a PhD Doctor of Business Administration, Corporate Leadership and Organizational Management degree, with Specialization in Aviation Management from Lynn University, an MBA degree, a Bachelor of Science in International Business, undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, a Master Black Belt Certification from CSSC, PfMP project management coursework, and many software system certifications (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT and Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM), and compliance certifications.

Dr. Santamaria is a highly experienced and qualified senior executive with over 25 years comprehensive Experience in in Fortune 500 companies and Higher Education institutions, leading Business Transformations, Strategy Development, End-to-End Operations Management, IT and Supply Chain at Strategic, Tactical and Operational level. Experience encompasses organizations such as, Stanley Black and Decker, WGU, ADT LLC., Johnson Controls/Tyco, Private Equity (Pitney Bowes carve out), JWMI/Capella, and All American Semiconductors. Well versed in Supply Chain, D&I, HR, strategic planning, ESG, Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement, academics, transportation, IT, logistics (forward and reverse), distribution, retail, information technology, sales support, and holistic efficiencies (physical, financial, and digital). Strong ERP, MRP, CRM and Application software implementation

Dr. Santamaria is also a Lecturer, Program Director, and Researcher with more than 12 years’ experience in remote and in person instruction. Developed courses for both undergraduate and master, assisted Provost, Deans and Chairs to implement new programs in several disciplines, including Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Healthcare, Operations, Management, Global Leadership and IT. Currently co-authoring two articles for peer reviewed journals in supply chain & operations, AI-human interaction and ESG. 

Dr. Santamaria leverages his vast global experience in Europe, Pacific Rim, Africa, Asia, Middle East, and North, South and Central America, with a pragmatic business orientation to support higher education organization strategies. Professor Santamaria has served as an adjunct faculty member, Associate Professor, Professor, Course Lead, Professor of Practice, Program Chair, and has taught classes in Business Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain and Operations, Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Computer Science and Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Change Management, Critical Thinking and Leadership, and capstone courses in business. Professor Santamaria has also developed Operations and Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Business Leadership curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
