Prof. Howard holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management with a specialization in Management Information Systems as well as a minor in Legal Studies.

Prof. Howard has obtained several certification including CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker and CPT (Certified Penetration Tester). She has also obtained a post graduate certificate in Project Management and completed the diploma program for Medical Administrative Assistant.

Prof. Howard has served as an adjunct faculty member and Full-Time Professor. Professor Howard has taught classes in Basic Computers, Computer Programs, Healthcare Communication and Principles of Management and Information Systems.
