Dr. Dunston holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration, currently working on a Master of Science in Leadership and Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Dunston has worked closely with the Society of Human Resource Professionals collaborating with colleagues to support developing literature around the post COVID work environment and its effect on continued organizational productivity.  

Dr. Dunston serves as a full time Professor with Western Governors University, has worked as an adjunct Professor with Grand Canyon University, and supports Ancora Education as a part-time Professor.  Dr. Dunston spend her time support curriculum development and redevelopment to support the most effective course experience for students.
