Dr. Thomas Joseph holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management degree, a Master of Science in Management degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. 

Professor Joseph has conducted postgraduate research in Leadership where he employed a qualitative research methodology and phenomenological approach to explore the concept of the Leader-Follower Exchange (LMX) Theory in an international setting. He has authored 3 published papers in the areas of Ethics in Organization and Management, Organization and Management Past to Present, and the integration of theoretical ethics with practical decision-making in organization and management. 

Professor Joseph has served as an adjunct faculty member, Senior Instructor, and Associate Professor. Professor Joseph has taught graduate classes in Operations Management, Change Management, Leading in an Organization, Supply Chain Management, Business Environment Application, Quality Management, and Applied Managerial Marketing. Prof. X has also developed business and information systems curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Professor Joseph has also developed curriculum in Operation and Supply Chain Management at the graduate level and co-authored a textbook for Quality Management course.
