Dr. Cannon earned a PhD in Organization & Management with a specialization in Management Education, a Masters in Human Resource Management, as well as a Bachelors in Theatre Arts. She is currently working on a Masters in Communications. Dr. Cannon has conducted post graduate research on employer perceptions of online degree holding employment candidates as well as teaching strategies in higher education. Dr. Cannon serves as an online adjunct faculty member, Assistant Adjunct Online Faculty member, and Faculty Manager. She has taught a variety courses including Entrepreneurship Development, Intro to Research Methods, Organizational Leadership for Women, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources Management. In addition to developing some of the aforementioned courses, Dr. Cannon has also developed course work related to effective communication, critical thinking, and business ethics at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels of instruction.
