Dr. Bartlett holds a Doctor of Science, Information Systems and Communications degree, a Master of Science, Information Systems degree, and a Bachelor of Science, Health Services Administration degree.

Prof. Bartlett is the author of Emerging Challenges with Internet of Things (IoT) and has conducted presentations on IoT Privacy and Security Management Practices. She is interested in advising doctoral students interested in knowledge processes and digital technologies.

Prof. Bartlett has taught classes in Health Informatics and Database Management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. As a professional, she has extensive experience with mobile technology, information systems, project management, end-user support, and training. Her knowledge and passion for technology and technical aspects of information systems to support organizational adaptation has been key to her successful career.
