AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Amanda Olmos has been the Registrar at Westcliff University since 2019 and comes with over 10 years of experience leading the Registrar Department from various institutions. In her current capacity, she leads a team of over 10 staff members who support students with registration, enrollment, and records. She brings expertise in regulatory standards and compliance, along with project management and administration.
At her previous institution, Ms. Olmos was a Regional Registrar supporting nine campuses throughout the U.S. and provided leadership and oversight of the implementation of their CRM in order to enhance their services. She also led the student support team with their day to day operations, including their primary functional responsibilities in collecting, maintaining, and reporting student records. As a lead contact, she also collaborated with other departments, including finance, academics, student services, and admissions in order to support the student population. Ms. Olmos also served as a Designated School Official (DSO) supporting international students (F-1) with all their needs in order to maintain their legal status.
Her goal is to create a positive college experience for students by collaborating with departments and stakeholders. Ms. Olmos strives to ensure that students receive support in completing their program as they continue to pursue their future endeavors.
