Benjamin Favis is the Director of Financial Aid. He possesses over 15 years of experience administering federal and state financial aid in the for-profit sector. He previously worked at for-profit institutions, Stanbridge University, DeVry University, and The Art Institute of California Orange County, specializing in the areas of program development, regulation compliance, and state authorization. He joined the Westcliff family in 2016 and was initially charged with the development of all policies, procedures, and protocols for the university’s newly approved Title IV, Federal Student Aid program. In addition to overseeing Financial Aid, he was also heavily involved with the initial development and administration of the university’s Athletics and Housing programs during its inaugural year.
Benjamin proudly operates under the three core philosophies of compliance, customer service, and confidentiality. He has been a member of the California Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA) since 2006 and is also a member of the professional development organization, Vistage Worldwide, currently participating in the Emerging Leaders program.
