Marvin Chan was first exposed to the wonderful world of programming in the late ’90s, as an undergrad at UC Irvine. From spending hours upon hours in the lab to building one of the first websites for a student organization, he knew that his aspirations changed. All things web consumed him and this passion soon became a career.
Over the last 15+ years, Marvin has had the opportunity to develop websites for American Idol, MySpace, IGN Entertainment, Alienware, and Mitsubishi TV. He currently works at Kelley Blue Book / Cox Automotive, where he serves as the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering, Chief Hackathon Officer, and Cox Culture Ambassador.
Aside from the web, Marvin bleeds Dodger blue and Laker purple & gold. He is also a huge fan of sushi and underdog movies.
