Dr. Diana Siganoff has served in university leadership roles for nearly 20 years. She is a
champion of distance learning, particularly for practical training to support career development
and advancement. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Siganoff was a Business
Development Manager for several years with a focus on restructures and aligning
organizational training to individual training styles.

Dr. Schahrzade Rezvani has enjoyed a rich career as an international human resources
professional guiding business practices and management strategies in a variety of industries.
Dr. Rezvani had spent her career integrating Western standards in Human Resources
practices around the world, including a multibillion-dollar project in China. Dr. Rezvani holds a
Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Industrial Psychology as well as degrees in
Business, Human Resources Management, and International Human Resources Leadership.
