Dr. Diana Siganoff | Associate Dean, College of Business
Dr. Diana Siganoff has served in university leadership roles for nearly 20 years. She is a
champion of distance learning, particularly for practical training to support career development
and advancement. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Siganoff was a Business
Development Manager for several years with a focus on restructuring and aligning
organizational training to individual training styles.
Dr. Alex Sherm | Graduate Program Chair, College of Business
Dr. Alex Sherm is the Graduate Program Chair of the College of Business and a professor at Westcliff
University, responsible for programs design, execution, and coordination. He works closely with
university and academic leadership, administrators, professors, and staff to ensure college and university
success. He is a professor of international finance, economics, business administration, and governance,
bringing his highly accomplished, results-driven financial management executive experience of more
than 20+ years, to the classroom. He has over ten years of successful teaching experience in higher
education. Dr. Sherm has a demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and
increase efficiency and bottom-line profit, in addition to productivity improvements and change
management. He maintains solid relationships with global organizations such as the IMF and World Bank
and is regularly invited to their annual meetings. He recently published a paper on “Building and Leading
Teams”: University Perspective on Educating Students and Developing Professionals in Public
Administration and Business Organizations.
