Introducing Westcliff’s College of Nursing: Shaping the Future of Care
Westcliff University is proud to announce the official launch of its new College of Nursing, a bold new approach to nursing education. This strategic expansion reflects the university’s commitment to addressing the nation’s critical nursing shortage by increasing access to high-quality, career-focused programs.
The College of Nursing will offer flexible pathways for both aspiring and transitioning professionals to enter the medical field – preparing them to meet the growing demands of today’s healthcare landscape.
Located in Corona, California, the college will offer two high-impact programs:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Designed for individuals beginning their journey toward a nursing career.
- Entry-Level Master’s in Nursing (ELM): Tailored for career changers who already hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in another field and are ready to pursue graduate-level nursing education.
Both programs emphasize real-world training, evidence-based practices, and hands-on clinical experience. Students will benefit from access to cutting-edge simulation labs, expert faculty, and a curriculum built to develop both confidence and clinical competence.
“Our goal is not just to educate, but to inspire future healthcare heroes,” said Westcliff University President Dr. Anthony Lee. “This new college represents our deep commitment to both our students and our communities.”
This move sharpens Westcliff’s focus on what matters most: turning today’s students into tomorrow’s changemakers. To learn more about Westcliff University and the launch of the College of Nursing, read the full press release here.
