Under the direction of the Senior Director of Admissions the Domestic Admissions Advisor - Nursing is responsible for nurturing and enrolling a diverse and high-achieving student population while meeting goals and deadline with a high degree of professionalism. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for proactively managing their inquiry and applicant pipeline; processing applications, and identifying and developing new recruitment and process improvement opportunities..
Duties and Responsibilities
? Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with prospective students throughout the inquiry, application, and enrollment phases
? Complete a high volume of outbound inquiries and applicant calls, while also promptly responding to incoming emails with a strong focus on customer service
? Advise prospective applicants on the various stages of the admissions process and create urgency regarding deadlines and application requirements
? Review and process applications while working closely with other university departments to ensure applications are handled accurately and in a timely manner
? Schedule and host recruitment events, including campus tours, information sessions, individual consultations, and admissions interviews, to determine a prospective student's interests and goals
? Enter and compile admissions data into the CRM system, including daily activities and even information. Generate reports as needed
? Adhere to all university and regulatory rules and requirements

Position Title: Student Services Advisor
Job Summary
The Student Services Advisor (SSA) fulfills the crucial role of providing ongoing advisement and support to current students at the university with specific regard to their progress on reaching their academic goals. Under the direction of the Dean of Student Affairs, the SSA proactively identifies student issues based on observations of student activity and performance measurements and student and faculty feedback, conducts timely student outreach through multiple channels as needed, and troubleshoots and/or provides resources to help students resolve the issue(s) and resume progress on their educational path. The SSA is a collaborative position that supports other departments, staff, and faculty. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides accurate and relevant guidance to online and/or on-campus students based on their degree program according to university policies and educational goals to support students in their pursuit of satisfactory academic progress and continuous enrollment through graduation
- Holds one-on-one advising sessions with all new and continuing students assigned to him or her each semester to review academic plans, motivation, progress toward degree completion, and general well-being
- Conducts ongoing reviews of student activity and performance to identify predictive factors for concern including absences, failure to submit work, and poor academic performance
- Provides students with timely and thoughtful communication related to course reminders, attendance, upcoming deadlines, and university events, among other items
- Regulates frequency of outreach beyond the minimum requirement to support students who fall into special categories, such as new students, at-risk students, and students nearing graduation
- Collaborates with at-risk students to problem-solve challenges contributing to at-risk status and identify opportunities to improve status, including course retakes, use of the Academic Resource Center, increased engagement with faculty and peers, time management and study skills, and other strategies as needed
- Conducts exit interviews with students who indicate their intention to withdraw from the program as needed
- Conduct outreach to students who have withdrawn to provide options for re-entry into the program
- Initiates, responds to, and maintains communication with faculty, academic leadership, and writing/content specialists in the Academic Resource Center to keep all invested parties updated on student statuses and opportunities to support
- Contributes to a departmental repository of resources to aid students with academic and life issues (i.e., transportation, low-cost healthcare, mental health resources, etc.), and connecting students with those resources as needed
- Actively participates in the planning and execution of campus events designed to support student life, engagement, and success, including new student orientations, workshops, and social events
- Provides all necessary and appropriate documentation to the Office of the Registrar to ensure student statuses and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Accurately document student interactions and documents into the student information system

The Associate Dean, Nursing Academics (ADNA) provides oversight and leadership support in planning, implementing, and evaluating the BSN and ELM nursing programs within Westcliff’s new College of Nursing. The ADNA collaborates with key leaders throughout the university to support growth, academic success, regulatory compliance, and maintain the conditions and the resources available in the facilities. The ADNA reports directly to the Executive Director of Nursing (EDN) of Westcliff University.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Leadership
• Collaborate with EDN on initiatives to ensure the successful launch and accreditation of the BSN and ELM programs.
• Collaborate with key leaders within university on future growth initiatives to sustain and expand nursing programs in the college
• Ensure BSN and ELM program operations are conducted in compliance with applicable governing boards, state, federal, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, and within standards of accreditation.
• Assume duties as assigned by the EDN.
Academic Oversight
• Assist EDN to ensure nursing curriculum meets or exceeds the standards set by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and accrediting bodies.
• Assist with recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty, fostering a culture of academic excellence.
• Collaborate with EDN and faculty to use evidence-based teaching practices and innovative technologies in nursing education.
• Ensure students receive comprehensive support services, including academic advising, career counseling, and tutoring.
• Develop faculty workload schedules (assignments), ensuring that faculty meet the requirements as set forth in the faculty handbook.
Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance
• Maintain compliance with all BRN, WSCUC, and other relevant accrediting bodies' regulations and standards.
• Assist with preparation of reports, renewals, and other documentation required by accrediting and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain up-to-date faculty files in accordance with accreditation standards.
• Serve as the secondary liaison with the BRN and programmatic accrediting agencies in absence of EDN.
Student Success
• Foster a student-centered environment that promotes academic achievement, retention, graduation rates, and NCLEX-RN pass rates.
• Work with EDN to ensure all areas of the student experience align with outcomes and mission to obtain the highest levels of student achievement and satisfaction.
External Relations and Partnerships

The Global Outreach Representative plays a pivotal role in the recruitment of international students for Westcliff University. This position focuses on managing and supporting educational consultants worldwide who promote and recruit students to the university. Under the direct supervision, the Admissions Advisor is responsible in facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admissions with emphasis on customer service. The Registration Specialist supports the development of course schedules and the registration of students each session. The Registration Specialist aligns the course schedule with student class needs, qualified and approved faculty, and room availability and the student registrations with student degree program audits, academic standing, and status.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Applied Knowledge: Athletic trainers must have knowledge of a large range of medical problems. Assessment, evaluation skills and working with other healthcare professionals will be required.
Decision-Making Skills: Ability to think critically and make independent decisions regarding the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and return to play decisions per state licensure guidelines. Must be able to report and deliver insight on all decisions and results to managing Associate Athletic Director and Dean of Athletics in an appropriate and timely manner.
Attention to Detail: Athletic trainers should be thorough and detailed with injury tracking and documentation.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in high stress/pressure situations when talking to patients, medical professionals, staff and families.
Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sports Medicine Team serves to provide Westcliff student-athletes with exceptional, holistic care by providing student-athletes with resources to succeed both on and off the field.
The Assistant AD of Sports Medicine will oversee all aspects of the health care of student-athletes at Westcliff University. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Directors and the Dean of Athletics, the Assistant AD of Sports Medicine will lead efforts with organizational and administrative duties as assigned. The Assistant AD of Sports Medicine will also oversee the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries incurred by student-athletes at Westcliff University.
Lead the Sports Medicine team in coordinating all aspects of the health care of the student-athletes, such as evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries incurred by the intercollegiate student-athletes
Manage all athletic training room functions
Maintain work schedule in the athletic training room
Attend practices and all assigned home athletic events as needed
Administer proper first aid to student-athletes on the field and in the athletic training room
Maintain relationships and work in cooperation with athletics staff, including but not limited to staff, coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, and administrators.
Assist the Athletic Administration in the organizational and administrative duties of the athletic training room. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Administrative meetings
Medical record keeping
Inventory
Organize pre-participation physicals and screenings for student-athletes
Treatment and rehabilitation of student-athletes
Pre-season preparation and practices
Handling of secondary insurance claims
Maintenance of all athletic training supplies and equipment
Development, implementation, and enforcement of athletic training policies and procedures
Maintain knowledge of current standards of practice, actively seek to grow knowledge by attending online and in person continuing education programs, represent university at local, state, and national conventions.
Other duties deemed necessary by the Associate Athletic Directors and the Dean of Athletics.
NUMBER/DESCRIPTION OF PATIENTS (STUDENT-ATHLETES) RESPONSIBLE FOR:
There are approximately 400 student-athletes enrolled at Westcliff currently, this number is expected to grow as the university sponsors more sport programs. Sport assignments and coverage schedules are fluid.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
As Westcliff Athletics is still growing, the university currently practices and hosts competitions at off-campus locations. Local travel will be required to cover practices and home competitions. Athletic Trainers are also expected to travel for postseason events with their respective teams.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is medium demand. Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects. Medium strength is required to position patients for examination. May assist patients as necessary, helping them on and off the field/court/exam table. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position will be responsible for managing Athletic Trainers, both full and part time. Supervising roles include scheduling and managing training room operations, coverage of practices and games as needed, as well as overseeing and delegating daily tasks.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in order to travel to and from practices and home competitions.

The Assistant teacher functions to assist the Lead Teacher with developing and implementing a program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and academic development of the whole child. The lead teacher will supervise and train the assistant on a daily basis.
Qualifications: Teacher Assistants are required to have a high school diploma and proficiency in English. An AA degree with an ECE major is preferred. They must have at least 6 ECE units and one year experience working in a quality preschool. A desire to learn the Montessori, Reggio and Nature Based methods is necessary. All the California State requirements to work as a Teacher Assistant in a preschool must be met before hire date including current CPR, medical and criminal record clearance, immunizations, and required forms. Vietnamese speaking preferred.

· Sanitize the nap cots and classroom materials daily.

· Clean out the cubbies every Friday and organize the classroom for the next week.
· Keep and maintain a list of needed supplies which includes the date and quantity.
· Check the sign in out sheets daily for complete signatures.
· Prepare and supervise snack time,
· Attend and participate in all classroom, staff meetings; parent nights, and in service trainings.
· Always be alert for safety and/or health hazards inside and outside. Assure the first aid kits are
· well stocked including the one on the playground.
· Greet parents and pick up time but do not engage in talking when supervising the children.
