? Coordinates development of draft project scope, schedule, and budget estimates

? Compiles and analyzes bids and prepares summaries of financial and other relevant

? Assigns projects to subordinates and/or contractors and serves as primary point of contact

for all relevant matters for consultants, contractors, and vendors; determines where/when/if

outside consultant support is needed (e.g., construction project management)



? Conducts iterative reviews of schedule and budget as the design progresses

? Meets regularly to review project activities, performance, and management strategies

? Monitors outcomes and routinely checks in with stakeholders and contractors to ensure

project goals are being met

? Ensures stakeholder input is incorporated and approval is gained (as appropriate) into all

project activities and all remain situationally aware of the ongoing status of their projects.

? Employs robust quality controls throughout design and construction, including outside peer

The Assistant teacher functions to assist the Lead Teacher with developing and implementing a program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and academic development of the whole child. The lead teacher will supervise and train the assistant on a daily basis. 


Qualifications: Teacher Assistants are required to have a high school diploma and proficiency in English. An AA degree with an ECE major is preferred. They must have at least 6 ECE units and one year experience working in a quality preschool. A desire to learn the Montessori, Reggio and Nature Based methods is necessary.
