Dr. Peter Sebhatu, has a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from United States International University, and an MBA with concentration in International business from National University. He has worked for several academic institutions in teaching and administration for twenty-four years – He is an Associate professor and has taught numerous courses in MBA and Doctoral Program. He worked as Dean of Business for American Intercontinental university; Professor of Practice for Graduate Programs at Argosy University: Certified Core-Adjunct Professor for National University. Dr. Sebhatu’s professional experience in the real world is also extensive – He worked in various industries in the global business arena in different geographical and cultural settings, and possess the knowledge of different languages that assists him to communicate effectively in multi-cultural settings.

Dr. Sebhatu is very dedicated educator who continuously support and motivate his students to: integrate the academic concepts and practical components, expand their horizons and develop different management approaches that will help him to succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
