Championing Change: Westcliff University’s Social Responsibility Triumphs of 2023

In the often changing and always vital landscape of social responsibility, Westcliff University has consistently shown up, emerging as a beacon of transformative action. Led by the guidance of President and CEO, Dr. Anthony Lee, the university was recently recognized as the only higher educational institution on Orange County Business Journal’s 2023 Companies That Care list for substantially enhancing the well-being of our local community, notably contributing more than $70,000 to various local non-profit organizations. In addition, the University supported scholarships valued at nearly $3M last year, significantly easing the financial burden for many of our students, and empowering them on their educational journeys.

Fueling this transformative spirit are the passionate students, faculty, and staff volunteers, who dedicated 5,188 hours to community service, exemplifying the very essence of Westcliff’s core values.
