Dr. Ramin Baschshi is a transformative leader in pediatric healthcare and nonprofit management, currently serving as Vice President of Restorative Care and Community Support Services, at Rady Children’s Health of Orange County (RCHOC) following the successful integration of Unlimited Possibilities into Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) in 2025. As President & CEO of Unlimited Possibilities from 2018 to 2025, she spearheaded a period of unprecedented growth, achieving approximately 65% financial expansion, doubling service capacity, and launching a state-of-the-art pediatric therapy center with cutting-edge rehabilitative services.

Dr. Baschshi’s career is defined by her commitment to innovation, equity, and the empowerment of children and families. She has championed programs that address critical gaps in care, expanded access to specialized therapies, and strengthened community partnerships. In addition to her leadership at RCHOC, she serves on the First 5 Children and Families Commission, advocating for the health and development of California’s youngest residents, and as a Board Member for Westcliff University.

Her visionary leadership continues to shape pediatric restorative care, making a lasting impact on children with disabilities and their families across Southern California and beyond.
