Dr. Reginald Laigo has previous experience in an assortment of industries, ranging from owning a real estate brokerage firm to working as a financial planner, travel advisor, and physical trainer.  Currently, he is the owner and founder of RL Management LLC, an investment holding firm, managing investments in residential and commercial real estate, leveraged securities, and equities.  Dr. Laigo has also taught at various universities, colleges and high schools in the US, and created an iOS app geared toward aiding students with organization and motivation.  Prior to becoming a Board Member, Dr. Laigo served as a consultant for Westcliff, collaborating with executive members to develop the MBA, mentorship and orientation programs, along with Westcliff’s Mission, Vision, & Values.

Dr. Laigo earned his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education with a concentration in Higher Education Administration, and was awarded the International Field Work Fellowship, Teaching Assistant Fellow, and Gladys Campbell Scholarship for research in program development at University branch campuses.  He earned his Master of Arts from Loyola Marymount University, where he specialized in Guidance and Counseling.  He earned his Bachelor of Science from University of California, San Diego, where he majored in Biology and minored in Economics.
