Dr. McBride holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Advanced Accounting degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree.

Prof. McBride has conducted postgraduate research on the impact of technology on students’ achievement of learning outcomes and course engagement.  She has authored two papers and co-authored one paper on the subject of technology in the classroom and student engagement and has presented at multiple conferences.  She continues to seek both publishing and conference presentation opportunities. 

Prof. McBride has served as an adjunct faculty member, Associate Professor, Professor, Dean and Executive Program Director. Prof. McBride has taught undergraduate and graduate classes in all levels of accounting and business including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting series, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Advanced Accounting, Operations Management, Introduction to Business, Leadership in Business, and Marketing. Prof. McBride has also developed accounting and business curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
