Professor Shakeel holds a graduate degree in Information Systems from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in Computational Mathematics from Michigan State University.
Professor Shakeel is well-versed in an array of Computer Science courses. He has taught several Computer Science courses throughout his career including C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, and Web Design. In addition to being an Adjunct Faculty at WestCliff University, he also has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. In his professional career, he has worked on every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle process and has developed several large-scale secure applications, and databases some of which are installed for large corporations such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Daimler-Chrysler.
