Dr. Jay Inghwee Chok holds a PhD in business administration, a Master of Business (corporate finance) and a Bachelor of Accountancy. 

Prof. Chok has conducted postgraduate research in various empirical contexts involving high-technology, growth companies such as capital raising and organizational learning, as well as the foundational building blocks for digital health business model innovation. In addition to various interdisciplinary journals, Prof. Chok  has also published in high-impact FT50 journals, such as Research Policy and Journal of Management Studies.

Prof. Chok has served as an assistant professor and associate professor in Keck Graduate Institute, Claremont Colleges. Prof. Chok has taught classes in strategic management, international business, alliance management, business statistics and industry sponsored capstone projects. Prof. Chok has also developed business curriculum at both the undergraduate (Minerva Schools at KGI) and graduate level (KGI Riggs School).
