Dr. Lance Caldwell holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration & Cybersecurity degree, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Business Management degree, and a Bachelor of Science in psychology degree.

Prof. Caldwell has conducted postgraduate research in international doctrine with an emphasis in national and United Nations’ cybersecurity initiatives and has authored a published paper in the areas of cybersecurity as a human right.

Prof. Caldwell has served as an adjunct faculty member and instructor. Prof. Caldwell has taught classes in Organizational Leadership, Combat Leadership, Military Professionalism, Supervision, Verbal and Written Communication, and Group Dynamics (including capstone). Prof. Caldwell has also developed business and information systems curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Prof. Caldwell has also developed curriculum in publishing and writing at the graduate and doctoral levels.
