Professor Nadia Soulouque conducted research on Intragroup Discrimination in Employee Selection: A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study of Black Hiring
Managers. She has also published two articles on Lawyers as Leaders: How to Develop the Next Generation of Legal Aid Leaders and Meeting the Hospice and Palliative Care Registered Nurse Workforce Challenge: Hospice Nurse Residencies as a Case.
