Prof. Becker holds an MBA with a specialization in international projects and business, a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, and an AS in Political Science and is currently working towards Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) certification.

Prof. Becker has served as an adjunct and full-time faculty member, Faculty Program Advisor, Chair of Executive MBA Programs, and Associate Dean of Business. He has taught classes in most business-related disciplines and managed MBA Capstone programs, including technology and entrepreneurial Capstone defense.

Prof. Becker has taught classes in many interdisciplinary areas including Project Management, Management Information Systems, Business, Internet Commerce, Business, Critical Thinking, Transformational Leadership, International Business, Management, Emerging Markets, Organizational Behavior, Intrapreneurship, and Innovation, and served as first reader and dissertation/capstone committee member. Prof. Becker has also developed a business and project management curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level and acted as a second reader for a Doctoral dissertation thesis across a broad range of topics. His current research interests include the effects of climate change on international and domestic supply chains and drought in the Western United States and its effect on agriculture and development.
