Professor Iles holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science (University of Central Florida), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Wesbster’s University), and a Master’s degree in International Business (NorthCentral University). Professor Iles has also earned a Master’s certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University and ITIL V3 certification.

With his 25 years of teaching experience and 30 years of professional experience, Professor Iles brings a tremendous amount of experience as a field practitioner which helps him bridge the gap between theory and practice for his students.

Professor Iles has served as an adjunct faculty member for over 25 years online and on-campus for colleges and universities across the nation. Professor Iles has taught classes in Computer Science and Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Technology & Business, project management, and organizational leadership, and business and information technology.  Professor Iles has also served as a subject matter expert assisting in developing a new curriculum for a master’s in Information Systems management. He designed at least 12 courses in application development and database management.  

Professor Iles serves as a senior director of Technical Support and Data center operations at a Fortune 500 company. He oversees the technical operations of the Product Support and managed services group which includes hosting operations and DBA team.
