Cynthia is the senior director of marketing and communications. Leading the marketing and PR for Westcliff University and its related educational entities. Cynthia is a strategic and collaborative marketing executive with a passion for people and solving challenges. Her area of expertise includes collaborating with bright and energetic teams to clarify, ideate, develop and implement plans for the success of teams and organizations. She possesses 20+ years’ experience leading teams revolving around marketing to B2B and B2C in a variety of brands (Experian and Pepperdine University) while also driving results in different industries: financial, education, credit unions, health care, wine & spirits, medical & beauty, private business clubs, law firms, technology and hospitality. She completed her MBA with a concentration in leadership and managing organizational change from Pepperdine University, Business School in April 2019. While working toward her MBA, she led the Business School’s marketing efforts and played a pivotal role in their data analytics and sales operations. She also led marketing efforts in 2019-2021 for a non-profit which promotes creative leadership, ingenuity and social innovation, through experiential learning and humanitarian engagement.
