Dr. Diana Siganoff | Associate Dean, College of Business
Dr. Diana Siganoff has served in university leadership roles for nearly 20 years. She is a
champion of distance learning, particularly for practical training to support career development
and advancement. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Siganoff was a Business
Development Manager for several years with a focus on restructuring and aligning
organizational training to individual training styles.

Dr. Azi Sharif | Associate Dean, College of Business
Dr. Sharif is a creative visionary specializing in fashion design, disruptive technologies,
robotics, biomimicry, program management, and business process improvement. She holds a
BS in Fine Arts, MS in Computer Science with a focus on bio-inspired robotics, and a Ph.D. in
Systems Engineering. Dr. Sharif has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur,
business strategy advisor, director, program manager, project manager, configuration
manager, and risk manager for complex technical projects including multi-million-dollar large
scale high-risk high-payoff innovative Science & Technology programs. Dr. Sharif is the
founder and CEO of FashWand LLC, a Corona Del Mar based design firm with a mission to
beautify the world with exquisite fashion, art, & décor while transforming the fashion industry to
protect endangered species and to make the industry as a whole more environmentally
responsible.
