Daniel Han is the Unit Lead for American Honda Motor Company’s Lifecycle Business Development team, where he leads strategies to deepen customer engagement and develop new service offerings that enhance the ownership and sales experience. His work focuses on identifying and launching initiatives that extend Honda’s relationship with customers beyond traditional vehicle sales, including data-driven programs that deliver long-term value to Honda.

Prior to joining Honda, Daniel served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at EVFY, where he drove the company’s growth and expansion plans. He also spent eight years at Hyundai Motor America developing new business opportunities and partnerships that connected the brand with consumers in emerging mobility spaces, from urban carsharing to Smart City technology pilots. Earlier in his career, Daniel held positions at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., in both Marketing Strategy and Advanced Product Strategy, contributing to new vehicle development for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion.

Daniel began his career at the Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), managing bond fund portfolios for six years after earning his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine. He later earned his Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
