Jana Vondran has over 25 years of experience in technology, industry, and healthcare. She held executive positions at several Fortune 50 and 100 companies, including roles in consulting and professional services, supply chain, business, and commercial operations. She led transformative changes earning her both internal and external (e.g., CRN, SSON) recognition and awards in the industry.

As Senior Vice President at Ingram Micro, Jana was responsible for the company’s worldwide centralized business operations, focusing on developing and implementing business strategies and innovation programs to enhance digitalization, operational efficiency, and commercial success.

She is a global advisory board member of the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) and a member of Chief, a private network of executive women focused on expanding leadership impact in today’s rapidly changing business environment.

Jana is also a member of the West Coast Angel Network, where she invests in and advises startups and emerging companies, helping to accelerate innovation and growth across various sectors while improving diversity at the cap-table.

She holds an MBA in international business from the New York Institute of Technology, a B.A. (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University and a Diplom Kauffrau in international business from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Psychological Science at Fielding Graduate University.
