Mike leads Global Creator Success Operations at YouTube, focused on leveraging the best of technology and people to deliver exceptional experiences to help Creators, Media Companies, and Music Artists around the world realize the potential of the YouTube platform.

Prior to his current role, Mike was the Managing Director of YouTube’s APAC Partner Development and was a Director in Google’s Global Partnerships organization, spending time leading up the global strategic partnerships, SMB publisher monetization partnerships, and global strategy teams within the Online Partnerships Group. He has worked in Japan, China, and in the US and received his MBA from UCLA-Anderson.
