Shaun Spath, D.B.A.

Program Chair

Dr. Shaun A. Spath is an accomplished accountant and academic professional with over a decade of experience across the hospitality, construction, and federal and state grant sectors. His accounting career has centered on budgeting, forecasting, financial reconciliations, and comprehensive general accounting functions. In addition to his technical expertise, he has contributed to the development and writing of government contracts and standard operating procedures, supporting organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Beyond his industry work, Dr. Spath has a long-standing commitment to service and education. His prior experience includes extensive volunteer work with youth programs, tutoring, and serving as an instructor. He currently serves as the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program Chair at Westcliff University, where he also contributes as a subject matter expert in course development.

Dr. Spath holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Data Analytics from Grand Canyon University. His research interests span leadership, technology adoption, cultural influences in management, and digital workplace behaviors. He has published multiple peer‑reviewed articles and presented.
