Bill Lightfoot, Ph.D.

Dr. Lightfoot is a certified change management professional and a board certified coach with over 20 years of experience in leading and coaching leaders in strategic transformation and driving positive change in diverse, multicultural, and global environments.
Dr. Lightfoot has worked in a variety of highly diverse environments from leading social ventures in rural Tanzania as well as in Gainesville, Georgia; serving as a dean/chief academic officer for organizations and universities in the US, Monaco, and Finland; and leading sales, marketing and partnership initiatives for high tech, industrial manufacturers.
His academic appointments have included Dean, Associate Dean, Program Director and Professor. He has taught strategy, entrepreneurship, management information systems, operations, and marketing at undergraduate, graduate and executive education levels. He has led the development of technical and business curriculum for industry as well as higher education. He has also led the development of online and hybrid curricula. As Dean, he has also worked closely on developing global partnerships, integrating innovative approaches to enhance engagement, and a variety of continuous improvement initiatives.
