David Zhou is the Director of Strategy and Business Development, where he oversees the development, planning, and execution of various strategic initiatives and programs at Westcliff University. David works with cross functional teams of Deans and department heads on special projects that support key growth areas of the university. Previously, David contributed as a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Westcliff before joining as full-time staff in 2020.

David has close to 20 years of experience in business and technology strategy, sales, operations, and project management, working for both Fortune 500 companies as well as startups in both the United States and Asia. Having worked with both large management consulting firms and early-stage venture accelerators, David understands how to accelerate business growth at various stages of an organization.
