Dr. Knapp brings more than 15 years of experience leading curriculum design, instructional innovation, and academic strategy across higher education, workforce development, and government sectors. She has a strong track record of scaling high‑quality, learner‑centered programs while aligning academic offerings with institutional goals, accreditation standards, and workforce outcomes.

Dr. Knapp is widely recognized for her ability to collaborate across academic leadership and employer partners to ensure cohesive program design, effective promotion, and seamless learner support. Dr. Knapp has launched and scaled digital learning ecosystems serving thousands of learners, managed complex project portfolios and budgets, and leveraged data‑informed approaches to drive continuous improvement in academic quality and student experience.

Dr. Knapp brings a system‑focused leadership approach to establish clear design frameworks, collaborative processes, and sustainable practices that enable teams to do their best work. Her experience and leadership philosophy align strongly with Westcliff’s vision for innovation, quality, and student success.

Outside of work, Dr. Knapp lives in South Carolina with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Audrey. She enjoys playing tennis, spending time outdoors, cooking, and catching up with her three grown children whenever possible.
