Sr. Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing

Justin serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enrollment and Marketing at Westcliff University. In this role, he oversees the University’s new student enrollment strategy, admissions, enrollment operations, and student recruitment initiatives. With more than 18 years of experience in higher education, Justin has a proven track record of driving enrollment growth, leading organizational transformation, and building high-performing teams through data-informed strategies and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Westcliff University, Justin held several executive leadership roles at universities and education technology organizations, where he led strategic initiatives focused on enrollment management, marketing, student success, and institutional growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed innovative enrollment strategies, implemented scalable operational improvements, and fostered collaborative, student-centered cultures that support long-term organizational success.

Justin earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), his Master of Business Administration (MBA from the University of Phoenix, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Enrollment Management from Bay Path University in partnership with Ruffalo Noel Levitz.
